My Incentives

When you are trying to do something really hard, its nice to reward yourself for your accomplishments. To give yourself something to work for and look forward to. Below I have listed somethings I hope to reward myself with.


50 lbs – Membership to 24 Hour Fitness

60 lbs – A healthy meal cooked just for me by my husband

70 lbs – Running Shoes & a 5K

80 lbs – New Clothes

90 lbs – An exercise outfit

100 lbs – A 10K

120 lbs – A massage

140 lbs – A sexy black dress & a romantic night out with my husband

167 lbs – Tummy Tuck

                  Arm Lift
                  Thigh Lift
                 “P” Lift
                 Liposuction(if needed)

My finale will be a complete makeover in NY or CA @ Neil George & a professional photo shoot by Meeler Photography or BluOrchid Photography.
